The tournament is structured in six rounds composed by four teams. The four teams coming first in every round and the two best teams coming second qualify for quarterfinal matches that will take place on the 16th of February, together with eight consolation games (9th - 24th place). In the afternoon the semi-final matches will take place. Tuesday morning third and forth places semi-final matches and final match, filmed by Rai Sport cameras, will happen.
 
The matches of 2015 edition of the tournament will take place on 16 fields in Salento:
 
Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca-Castrignano del Capo, Racale, Otranto, Collepasso, Sogliano Cavour, Poggiardo, Calimera, Martignano, Taurisano, Lequile, Casarano, Nardò, San Donato,  Taviano, Maglie.
